ISTU Information Technologies is the engineering arm of an international academic network. The projects below are live institutions, programmes and platforms, each with its own site, that we develop and support from Dubai.
EMBA in AI
European Executive MBA in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Strategy, and Technological Foresight.
An online executive programme for C-level leaders, CDOs and founders: 1,500 academic hours and 60 ISTC over 15 (or 12) months, taught in English, Russian or Turkish. Four basic management modules and six specialisation modules lead to a final project defended before an academic and professional jury. Operated by ISTU with providers in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the UK.

Sci&Tech
International Science and Technology Consortium, the governing body of the ISTU network.
A Swiss association that coordinates the universities, institutes and certification bodies in the network. It sets quality standards, hosts shared services and provides the legal umbrella for new institutions such as UniGame.

Papert Institute
International Research Institute of Cyber and Artificial Psychology named after Seymour Papert.
Research at the intersection of cognitive science and artificial intelligence, across four tracks: cyber psychology, artificial psychology, AI ethics and immersive life. The institute offers CPD programmes, professional certification and accreditation, and recently published the book "Artificial Alchemy".

UniGame
United Institute of Gaming and Gamification, established in Geneva under Sci&Tech.
The first institutional certification for gaming skills. Panels of experts from the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic and the UAE assess game developers, designers, esports managers, streamers and testers, and issue a Swiss-registered certificate.

Thinking AI: The Professional Webinar Series, 2026.
A year-long series of professional webinars on applied artificial intelligence, run through the ISTU conference platform. Sessions are recorded, indexed and available to participants afterwards.

One network, several institutions, shared engineering.
The International Science and Technology Consortium (Sci&Tech) in Switzerland is the governing body. Under it sits the International Science and Technology University, with operations in Poland and Liberia. The Papert Institute and the EMBA in AI run inside the university; UniGame was established in Geneva under the consortium directly.
ISTU Information Technologies in Dubai provides the platforms behind them: web presence, learning systems, event infrastructure, certification workflows and the data that connects them. Building for our own network is also how we test what we offer clients.
